About Parakeet & Conure

Boss Bird (female parakeet) and Reggie (Dusky Conure - gender pending) are quite the dymanic duo! They are both about 3 years old. They preen each other and cuddle. While Boss Bird is perfectly happy to hang out in her cage, Reggie is a complete clown! He/she loves to hang upside down and flap his/her wings as fast as possible. Every toy has been played with and Reggie is the protector of the parakeets...until treat time - she/he thiks those are all for him/her! We are continuing theri step up training and it is going well so far. With more time and truse, this could be a truly engaging duo! Their adoption fee if $275. Parakeets are native to Australia and live for 10+ years. Dusky Conures are native to South America and live for 25+ years.
