Henry is still waiting on his furever home. Here's what his foster has to say about this awesome guy 'Hi guys! Poor Henry is so bummed that no one has adopted him yet. Henry was brought to the Shenandoah Valley Animal Services Center in February of 2014. You read that right folks. Henry has been searching for a home for FIVE YEARS! I know Henry's home is out there SOMEWHERE! He just hasn't found it. Henry is house broken, crate trained, off leash trained, and can be left in the house unsupervised. He is a senior fellow who is low energy at this stage in his life but he does still love shorter play sessions, walks and rides in the car! Henry is good with most other dogs and with cats in neutral spaces, but he is selective about sharing his personal space inside the home. He does have a few doggy friends that he loves to hang with inside, but for all intents and purposes he would be more successful as an only pet unless you have the ability to keep him separate from other pets in the home when you can't supervise their interactions. Henry LOVES women and is equally fond of men once he has a little time to get to know them but he would prefer a home with out children.'
