She didnt speak a lot of english but what we did understand was that he couldnt control himself when he went to the bathroom at all and she had kept him in diapers and putting A&D ointment on him. He also had a cherry eye. When we got him home he had a bad infection from the diapers and urine burns all over his tummy, genitals, and legs. We cleared up the infection and had him checked by a vet. His neck is compressed together and he is missing a few vertebra towards his tail. He has no control and doesnt know when he has to go to the bathroom. He has to be on a strick diet. Anyone that adopts him will have to understand that he will walk funny the rest of his life. As for now he is happy and in need of a loving home that is willing to take on a special needs boy. My Adoption fee is $450.00 We do do out of state adoptions but we DO NOT ship dogs. Every adopter is more then welcome to come to our home in Phelan Ca or when we are at the Petco in Redlands on the weekends.
