About Luna

Luna is a spayed female that we have had since she was 6 weeks old. We got her thinking that we were done having kids and I found out I was pregnant a few months later. I have 3 kids under age 4 (including a 1 month old). My kids ask me to find her a good home every day. I have put it off for about 6 months now but ever since I have had the baby, she tries to jump on me/knock me down every time I am outside and when I am holding the baby. She growls in a nervous way with her hair up and barks at myself and the baby, which makes me really nervous. She does great with my parents and is such a loving fun dog, but they have an old Chihuahua and they dont get along. Luna is a dominant dog in that she likes to be in charge of everything other dogs do and when they do them. She gets along with my other dog we have had for a few years, but she gives her major anxiety. She is a great dog, she is just showing signs towards my and my kids that make myself and my husband nervous. She does absolutely amazing when the only dog and no little kids. We just can't afford or have the time for the training she would need and rhe fact that she doesn't like my 1 month old or my other 2 young kids, I just dont think we can keep her. She is such a great dog and deserves a loving home where she doesn't have to be anxious or nervous.
