About Jeeves (west)

Hi my name is JEEVES ID#A4245814 I am a neutered male, black and white American Pit Bull Terrier mix. The shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 7 months old. I have been at the shelter since Apr 22, 2019. Jeeves is extremely intelligent. He already knows 'sit', 'shake', 'lay down', and 'speak'. At just a year and a half old, he is very mature for his age. He walks great on a leash, and is pretty non-reactive with other dogs, so he would probably fit right in with other neighborhood dogs. He is a gentle boy, always takes treats gently. Jeeves is high energy, and does jump, but not on you. He loves to fetch, and will wear you out tossing a ball or toy. Jeeves also likes the kiddie pool; not sure how he would do in a regulr swimming pool. This sweet guy has been at the shelter almost a month, and if we don't find a home for him soon, he will face euthanasia. Please consider Jeeves as your next family member.
