About Buddah (West)

Hi, my name is BUDDAH, ID#A4242154 I am a neutered male, gray and white American Pit Bull Terrier. The shelter staff think I am about 4 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Apr 22, 2019. Buddah knows sit, down, high five, stay and comes when called. He obviously has had a lot of training. He might need a little leash work, though. He did good in dog assessment, and got along with the other dogs just fine, although he certainly likes the ladies. He is more shy than most dogs and takes a minute to warm up to new people. He is a super sweet boy, and would make a wonderful walking or hiking companion. Buddah has been at the shelter for almost a month and may begin to show signs of kennel deterioration. This happens to all social animals eventually when they have been incarcerated for long periods of time. They need social interaction whether with other dogs or people.
