This pretty little girl (now named Izzy) wandered or was dropped off on our property, skin and bones.....literally starving for food and attention. Unfortunately this happens alot here. All no kill shelters are full in the surrounding areas and are not able to take her in. We have now gotten her spayed, shots, she is negative heartworm, put some weight on her, crate trained her, trained her to sit, walks on a leash as well as other things.....no idea how she is in a house though. We have done all of this to help place her in a good home and because every stray deserves help. She is extremely loyal, smart and athletic. We have kids, dogs, cats, goats, chickens, and horses that she is around daily. She likes to herd the horses, but has learned some discipline with it, but it is going to take alot of time and patience as her working instinct is strong with the horses. A home without horses would probably be best unless you are preferring a working herding dog. We don't know everything about her, but do know she deserves a good, loving home. Please help us find her that home. Appears to have looks and traits of Black Mouth Cur or possible mix.
