WAGS RESCUE WELCOMES ROSALEE.... This gorgeous 42 lbs girl has had to learn what love is all about. She was a stray and did not know what humans were for. Well, she learned quickly that we are good and we love with all our might. She is still shy on her leash but we are working her confidence. She is playful and loves others dogs.
