About Amber

This beautiful girl is Amber... One of the cats rescued from a hoarding situation. She lived in a filthy, tiny cage her entire life. Imagine living in a room the size of a small closet for years with room to barely move, nothing to entertain you and little to no interaction with others.... That was Ambers life. No animal should have to go through what she did. She was recently placed in a foster home and as you can imagine she is scared and trying to adjust to a normal life. For the first time she is running, jumping and playing. She is a little nervous and standoffish around people but she is so sweet. Even though she's scared she doesn't hiss or swat... she's so gentle. If you pet her she just lays there and closes her eyes like it's the best thing ever. With time and love she will come around and be the most wonderful, loving companion. This sweetheart deserves a loving forever home. Please give her a chance. The adoption fee is $65, which goes back to saving more animals from hoarding situations, dumps, abandonment, or just neglected.
