JUBILEE - ID#A4249951 My name is JUBILEE ID# A4249951 I am a spayed female, gray and white American Pit Bull Terrier. The shelter staff think I am about 6 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Apr 26, 2019. Notes from a volunteer who recently spent time with Jubilee: 'Just look at her cheesy grin! I walked up to this chubby gals kennel yesterday to go for a walk, and fell in love with her within moments of our time together. She would thrive in a home that wanted to diet with her while still enjoying the treats life has to offer. She enjoys going for walks and is great on leash so that should help with her exercise plan. She is smiley, all tail wags and smooches. Jubilee is 6 yrs young and does have some vision impairment. The shelter vets are not sure what is underlying the issue but other than bumping into some things, she hasn't let it phase her. Although it could explain why she isn't a fan of other dogs in close proximity. She did coexist but did not feel comfortable with dogs right in her space. She may be happiest as an only pet. She just started meds for a cold yesterday and would get better so much faster if she were in a home environment.'
