About Josie

Josie A31994 She's a 5 year old,Tree Walking Coonhound. So hound people!!! This is your dog! ���%81�%9D%A4 Unfortunately Josie's life really hasn't been the easiest. Josie was brought to our facility as a stray on 4/8/19. The finder found her on the side of the highway,and as they were giving us their information they expressed their concerns about how Josie may have been dumped. So like any stray that walks in our doors we scanned her for microchip...and woohoo! She had one! Unfortunately the microchip went back to the original owner, whom he had explained to us that he had sold her 3 years ago and couldnt recall the owners name, because that's what he does is sell dogs. So along with all of this, as she was running around looking for love, she also made some unwanted friends during her journey. But do not fret! St.Charles County Pet Adoption Center is helping her fight through this by treating them and showing her some extra love and attention. Josie is a very quiet dog, but she has a special talent.....you're probably thinking what it is��%A4� buut she knows how to climb chain link fencing���|���� so she would do best in a home with a big yard full of hound stimulation surrounded by a privacy fence, it's not her fault she knows how to do her job,right?
