About Oscar

Oscar is looking for a forever home where his alone time would be minimal. He was surrendered to us due to life changes in the home, which left poor Oscar in a crate for 15 hours a day, on average. He is somewhat vocal and would not be appropriate for condo/apt living. He is a bit of a Velcro dog and will be at your side at all times. He must be an only pup and would love a fenced in yard. Oscar is picky about the men in his life and we feel its best that his primary care giver is a female. He does fine with his foster dad, but does have issues with some men. Oscar will be celebrating his 9th birthday on New Years Day, hopefully in his new forever home.
