About Roxy

This is Roxy. She's looking for a hero and a soft place to land in her golden years. Roxy is a tall chiwawa that sounds like a beagle sometimes. She is a survivor, left behind by owners, she's a gentle, loving dog. Roxy is a senior girl unsure of her true age, but appears more like 14. She hobbles around on her own, Her foster carries her up and down stairs, though she's willing to try on her own. She is house trained and vocalizes in a quiet way if she feels it's time for dinner or a bathroom break. She loves to go on small walks to survey her street. She loves to wander around the yard looking at the birds or smelling the smells of the outdoors. It's fun to see her gallop at the beginning of her walks.
