About **CALLIE

CALLIE Callie is a gorgeous Lab mix, just 3 1/2 years old.She has been with her owner since she was found with her litter mates under an abandoned house when she was just 3 days old. Callie is an extremely loving girl who wants nothing more than to be by her mom and to be a lap dog with lots of petting and cuddling. Someone for got to tell her that at 50-60 lbs, she's a little big for that but she doesn't care! Callie is very smart and knows 'sit, come, stay', and she listens / follows directions. She is such a clever girl that she will take her mom to the treat jar when she wants one! Callie's owner fosters other dogs and Callie has become jealous of them. Her Mom feels that Callie would be happiest in a home where she is an only 'dog child' and will not have to share her owner's attention with other dogs and puppies. This precious girl misses her Mom's attention and is jealous of all the new puppies/dogs that come into her rescue group. She has never been around children so we feel that a home with adults only would be great for her....but she does well with cats and birds! Callie is very well loved and she will be a WONDERFUL addition to any family. She is house trained and 'house spoiled!'
