Ticco is a precious special needs senior boy whose Mom has died. He is 10 year old Chihuahua who has very little sight...perhaps he can see some light but he has very limited vision. He is currently staying in a foster home and is lovingly cared for by his foster mom. However, it is a busy home and the activity of the other foster dogs and humans scare him. His foster mom will pick him up and carry him around and talk to him when he gets frightened by all the activity. Ticco likes to sleep in his bed and will find his way to his food. It is felt that Ticco would be much happier in a calm, quiet environment where he would be the only dog to be loved and spoiled.
