About Piper

Say hello to Piper! She is such a sweet and gentle soul. Piper had a VERY rough past and is working hard for a better future. She is around 4 years old, spayed and fully vetted female, 30lbs of mostly muscle, terrier/cattle dog mix. Piper was never exposed to anything positive in her previous life. So she can be timid/shy/fearful at times. She is quickly learning how nice people and the world truly is. Piper loves to cuddle in bed with her humans, go on long walks and hikes, go camping, go for car rides, and take trips to the dog park. Piper is starting to like meeting new people. She calmly goes up to strangers for pets. With continued work, one day she'll be an insanely outgoing adventure partner. Piper would do best in a home that enjoys doggy kisses, being very active, and loves to cuddle in bed. Piper is dog friendly. She is prey motivated and can not be in a home with cats or other small prey animals. She is good with meeting kids but would do best in a home where there are no kids due to how fearful she can be around loud noises and fast movements. Piper truly is a lovable, super sweet and gentle natured dog. She has won over her foster parents hearts and everyone who meets her.
