Chance is a good name for this boy. He is getting a chance at a better life. Former owner allowed him to roam free in the neighborhood even with several warnings from animal services. Owner decided to surrender to rescue. He is young, no more than about 2 years old, over 70lbs, very smart and well behaved. He need a foster or new forever asap. Person that is currently caring for him lives in an apartment and can only hold on too temporarily. He does well around other dogs. Not sure about cats.
