Packer is a sweet long haired Chihuahua whose owner died suddenly and unexpectedly. The owners last wishes were that Packer would have a loving home and never go to a shelter. She loved him as her baby and he needs someone who will treasure him the way she did. He is a super little dog who loves life and people and he would be a great pet! He loves going on walks, getting tummy rubs, and being carried everywhere:) He deserves a great home!
