We are actively looking for a new home for our youngest Dobie, Ace. He just turned 2, is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He is the youngest of 3, we have had him since a puppy. We are saddened as a family to have to find him a new home but we feel we have no other choice. He has shown some mild agression at times. He stresses out our older 2 (5&6 years old). Our vet says he is wound up tight, and needs additional training before he becomes dangerous. He is fearful but protective. He is usually fine with people in our home, but a little to distracted outside of home to control at times. We do not reccomend other dogs in home because he tries to be dominant and does not understand boundaries. He has fought with our female a few times, our other Male has more patience with him. We have tried bark collars and shock collars with no real effects on him. He is somewhat food motivated. He will nip and bite at people if they are fighting in front of him our kids have shown us this. Maybe with training he will live to his potential unfortunately that is not an option in this home at this time. Ace has a lot of energy, he needs a very active home. He needs a secure yard, he will run. He loves his people, and loves to be in your space and with you. If you feel you could give Ace a good home please contact us. There is a re homing fee because of his breed and to ensure a good home that will take care and love him and not use him for illegal activities.
