About Kona V

Meet Kona V! She is a 2 year old, 14 pound Chihuahua who was found as a stray. No owner came for her so we are going to find her a new home. Kona is a very sweet dog who gets along well with other dogs and cats. She loves walks and does great on a leash. Kona snuggles up with her foster mom in the bed at night and she is house broken. She will sit by her foster mom to watch television when she isn't playing with the other dogs in her foster home. Kona is heartworm positive and has been started on treatment. Her adopter will need to agree to continue the treatment which is a specific heartworm prevention given monthly. The rescue pays for her testing until she is heartworm negative. She is up to date on shots, spayed, and microchipped with a lifetime registration. We would love to see Kona in a home soon with a loving family and as sweet as she is we don't imagine it will take too long!
