About Onyx

Knox City, TX Big tall girl, total lover. She is pretty well behaved in the house and a typical goofy loving Dane with her humans. She wants to live up to the term 'Vecro Dane' She has not been around children recently but did well with them in her previous foster home. She does like to jump up and give hugs though so consideration for her size should be given when introducing to small children. Onyx is a special case when it comes time to meet new animals. She has done fine in public setting. In the home, she is cage aggressive with other animals, regardless of whether it is her or them in the kennel/crate. This is true even of the other dogs she lives with. There are also cats in her home that she will chase if they run but has been non-aggressive with them. Slow introductions on neutral territory are a must.
