About Big Max

Big Max is a handsome almost 3 year old lab mix who is looking for just the right forever family to call his own. Big Max is a handsome boy with long legs that he loves to stretch and run in the yard. Big Max is a sweet boy, but is shy at first and has a quirky personality. He will need an understanding home that will move slow and take their time with him. Big Max needs a home with no children under the age of 18. He has received training through Lorenzo's Dog Training and did wonderfully! Once Max trusts his people he will follow directions very well, and walks good on the leash too. He is very sensitive with his head and neck, so he requires patience and slow movement when getting his leash on. Max is great with other dogs of all sizes, he does best with laid back dogs that will give him space. He is house broken and dog door trained. He would do best in a home with a yard to play in, no apartments or rentals with weigh restriction. Big Max came to us weighing only 52 pounds and currently weighs approximately 60 pounds, but could stand to gain just a few more pounds. His adoption fee is $120. He is altered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. His adoption comes with 30 days of free pet insurance and a free vet visit.
