We have had Billy since he was 8 weeks old, and he will be 2 on 4/30/2019. He is, in my opinion, a very calm heeler as the breed goes. He gets long well with our other dogs, small and large, but cats and livestock not so much. He has never been destructive, is house trained, and just wants love.we have decided that he needs to be in a home and situation with an experienced Heeler owner who can work on this with him. He is an awesome dog who needs someone who understands him. Please only inquire if you are an experienced Heeler owner who is willing to work with him. Thanks. We are located in Harpers Ferry, 1 hour from DC
