About Doug

This is Doug the dog. Doug the dog is so doggone happy to be with us now. He is approximately 8 years old, and truly a silver fox! This guy lives to love and loves to live. He can be pretty vocal in his kennel, but he just wants to talk to you!!! He seems to be fine with other dogs and cats! The reason Doug the dog is not yet available is because he has a pretty nasty ear infection that seems to have been there for a long time, so he will need special medication before going to his furever home. He also is missing a large part of his hair near his tail due to a flea allergy, but he has been given flea medication and his hair is growing back at a very quick rate. Doug is a people pleaser. He knows many commands and appears to be house trained. This guy is ready to retire!!! He is a huge snuggle bug and just an absolute joy to be around. Stop by to meet him! Doug is an 8 year old German Shepherd mix weighing in at around 90 lbs. He is scheduled to be neutered and is currently being updated on vaccines and dewormer. His adoption fee will be $95
