About Chowder

Chowder is a goofy, fun-loving marshmallow puff who loves treats and butt rubs! He loves affection and knows how to brighten up anyone's day! Chowder maintains his love for people despite having been neglected for so many years in boarding. He was abandoned at a boarding facility and ended up living there for over five years, and now the boarding facility is closing on April 30th. He was therefore pulled from the facility and is currently staying in a volunteer's kitchen, but this is really stressing him out and he is crying a lot. His dream is to find a forever home where he can enjoy his senior years - bringing laughs and love to everyone around him. Chowder is around ten years old, is in good health (he recently received a full health screening), and is house trained and crate trained. Because he is a white dog, he has occasional skin allergy flare ups. Chowder is a big boy and will require going to someone familiar with the breed. He prefers to be the only pup of the home. His food and any vet care he may need will be compensated.
