About Makenzie

Makenzie is an 18 month old Terrier/Lab mix with an energetic and lively personality. She weighs about 35 lbs. This gorgeous girl is crate trained, house trained, sits for treats, and responds well to correction. She is dog friendly, but a dog with similar activity level would be a good fit and a meet/greet is a good indicator of how she will fit in if you have a current dog. Makenzie is currently in a foster home with an older dog and a cat and it has not been an ideal match for her. She is good in the car and strong on leash, so a gentle leader is a good idea for easier walks. Makenzie is spayed, utd with shots, HW neg. and on preventive. She is also microchipped. A fenced in yard would be ideal for this lovely girl to get her energy out. She is also a snuggler and very loving. She was rescued from a kill shelter in GA and would love to have a family who will appreciate all her positive qualities.
