About Brooklyn

She was shy and a little frightened when she first got to the shelter, that's not surprising, but after about 30 minutes of walking with a volunteer, she was like a new dog. Brooklyn is very mellow and would make a very attentive companion. She's also SUPER smart. With a little training, she might even be able to fetch you drinks from the fridge or bring in your paper! Overall, I think she is loving and mellow. She would do awesome for someone that lives alone and wants a best friend, a young couple needing someone to dote on, or a family with older kids. I think she would do best as an only dog, but if introduced well, might be able to be with other dogs.
