About Blue

Blue is a very attentive dog. He's housebroken,kennel trained and knows some commands . He's very smart almost to a fault he is also very affectionate loves to be right up on you. He loves to play with his toys. He is leash trained(Does pull a little) gets along well with other dogs. He has lived with a small dog but does bully him when he doesn't get enough attention. He does well out in public. When we adopted him which was from the Jacksonville Mega Adoption the shelter he came from could not tell us anything about him. This being said we interacted with him for a little bit. His personality and the way he interacted with us won the day for him. Blue is 3 years old. Over the last year he has become dominate over my wife only when I'm at work or away from the house. I believe when I'm not home he believes he must assume the Alpha male roll. He has also shown he is a loyal dog. He has become protective of his people and property. Which to me is a good thing. that being has brought me kicking and screaming to this site. Blue being a smart dog found out he can do chest ups over our 4 foot chain link fence. Well Blue being protective of what he believes is his property bit our neighbors hand causing her to receive 18 stitches. Please note that he has shown no aggression to people out in public if introduce when people are coming over he is fine with them. I need to take the blame for it I never introduced them before he bit. Never in my right mind did i think he would ever do it. This being said I must find him a new home. I'm not sure how well he does with kids he doesn't mind them in public. Blue needs a single owner or a couple that have strong personality's. If local my wife and myself would like to see where he is going. Blue is a great dog he needs great people that will care and love him for along time.
