About Bella

Bella is a diminutive, sweet 12 year old senior lady who will steal one's heart in a minute! She has settled into her foster home nicely with her huge senior foster brother. Bella is house-trained, crate-trained (although she has never gone into her crate and has free range of the house), and will 'ask' to go outside. She loves going outside since the weather has been mild, and enjoys sun-bathing in the yard or catching rays inside by a window or doorway, if she can. She has an adorable, spunky personality, and becomes rather chatty to gain your attention. She loves to fuss at her foster brother to make him move out of the chair or off the sofa so she can sleep there. She is active, but can also be a couch potato. Bella likes to sleep in the bed right up next to you, and will also sit in your lap in a chair or sofa. When Bella comes up to you, she usually turns to the side or backs up to you for rubs. She has started playing with toys, and hasn't been destructive; she loves her deer antlers for chewing. She and her foster fur brother love to 'play' fight. When given treats, she takes them gently from your hand. No counter-surfing or separation anxiety has been observed when the foster mom is gone. She deserves to be a special family's 'BELL'A' the ball! Bella is not cat friendly. She would probably also do better with medium to large size siblings (fur and human ����).
