About Riley

Riley is a fun, energetic girl is looking for a home. She is a 1 year old, 55 pound pit/shepherd mix who LOVES to romp and play with other dogs. A couple of her favorite playmates at the kennel have moved on to their forever homes, and now it's her turn. Riley was an unclaimed stray. She appears to be well on her way to potty training if not solidly house trained and would likely do just fine being crated when owners are away. She listens well and seems to know a couple of commands, but needs to work on learning some additional things as most teenagers do. Riley is a good car rider and fairly quiet. She is athletic and would do well going on jogs or hikes with her people. Of course, we do always prefer a fenced yard and Riley would enjoy an active, romping canine buddy. We do not recommend cats for her forever home. We think she would be fine with children. Riley is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped.
