About Taika

This little one has never met a stranger! Taika, a 4-5 month old, 16 lb Ridgeback/Shepherd mix (Best guess - she has petite bones, so we don't think she's going to be all that big.) steals the hearts of pretty much everyone she meets! Her Long Island foster mom says that Taika LOVES the other dogs in her foster home, so we're definitely looking for her to have another friendly pooch as a sibling. If you have kids, she adores the little ones and would be thrilled to run around the backyard with a few of her very own. Taika sleeps quietly through the night, is very smart, always eager to please, and she is (almost!) fully house trained. We don't know about cats.
