About Lily Rose

We are a foster-based rescue organization with foster homes throughout the state of Florida. We predominantly save dogs from municipal shelters throughout the Southeastern U.S. Our rescue dogs live in foster homes - there is no central facility. We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families! Lily Rose is currently fostered in Dade City, FL (Pasco County). Lily Rose is thought to be an Australian cattle dog or kelpie mixed with cur. She is a young adult and 45 lbs. Intelligent and sweet, she is playful with other dogs and friendly with all people. She does have a tendency to jump when she gets excited, but she knows 'sit.' She is well suited for a family without small children, and would do well in a home with another dog. She is higher in energy than the average dog, but this is fairly typical for her breed mix. She needs to be kept busy with hikes, walks, classes and the like. She walks nicely on leash, is housebroken, crate trained, and rides well in the car. She is a lovely dog. Lily Rose is spayed, heartworm negative, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, and microchipped.
