About Darcy

Meet the Beautiful Darcy! This sweet girl is a 3 year old female German Shepherd Lab mix. She is a little shy when you first meet her but she warms up fast and after that is super friendly and loves just about everyone and everything she meets. When she was brought into our sister organization, Darcy was heartworm positive. She just finished her heartworm treatment and is now ready to find her forever home. She loves to snuggle and wants to be with you at all times. She still has lots of energy and she loves to romp and play. Darcy really does not do well in a crate, so her foster has designated a room for her for when she is not home. It is important to note that she will need some work in this department. She never turns down a good belly rub. Even though she is considered an adult, she still has lots of puppy energy! She loves to play ball and to run around the yard. She would make a great addition to a family with an active lifestyle! She is currently located down South at our sister shelters and available for pre-adoption. We do transports to NJ once a month. She can't wait to find her forever home!
