Buddy is our AWESOME senior !! He has been in foster care with us 2 years !!! He is a outstanding senior dog with a lot of love to give and really just enjoys being around people. I don't understand why he has been passed up for son long but we would love to see him find his furever family. Buddy was dumped into the rescue from a couple who was divorcing and had him for 10 years. He was 26 pounds when we got him and could barely walk. He has done AMAZING losing the extra unneeded weight and still gets his treats but we manage it closely. He loves to go for walks , enjoys his crate (we call it his room) He loves toys and loves to play fetch , he gets extremely excited when he can meet another dog and his little nub starts going crazy. We would love to see him in a home with no kids under 16 , grand kids on the weekend is okay too , as long as Respect for animals is taught. He is a senior with Arthritis so he does receive pain medication which are $20 a month and we are happy to supply the first month. His eye sight is slowly going but that is just due to old age.
