About Archie

Archie is a high energy pittie that has had some obedience but would benefit with more. He enjoys trips to the dog park to burn off his energy & walks pretty well on a leash. When he's worn out, he loves to rest his head on you to snuggle & he gives lots of kisses. Archie was adopted into a home with another pittie & 2 cats, but my other pit bull is 10 & Archie is too hyper for her & he goes after my cats every chance he gets & they're on edge constantly. When he was first adopted, there were other people living in my home, but I no longer have the help I need to train him & for him to get the exercise he needs, as well as keeping him from my cats. He spends too much time in his crate since I'm gone at work & he deserves a home that's a better fit for him to help him be the best pup he can be. Archie would do best in a home with no other animals & older children since he can easily knock a young child over, but he could go to a home with another dog that's not dominant & has a similar energy level. He recently got all his shots including a 3 year rabies vaccine & a 6 month heart worm medication. The adoption fee includes his crate, food dish, leash, gentle leader & his toys.
