About Peanut

Look at me, my name is Peanut and I am so cool and I know I am pretty, so that makes me pretty cool!!!!! My foster mom says I like to have to run around in a yard, it doesn't have to be a big yard but I like to roam around outside. I don't really play with toys but there may be 1 or 2 that I like, a stuffed animal or a squeaky toy. I get along great with other dogs and cats and I would do great as a companion pet, I did have a sister but they separated us and I long to have another playmate, I am crate trained for up to 8 hours, please do not leave me longer than that, I can be shy at first but you can pet me and then we can become friends. I about 25 lbs and sturdy and have reached my adult weight and height. I currently live in an apartment with some foster siblings but I would love a home with a yard. Once I get over my shyness and get comfortable, I am a great snugger, especially if you call me Peanutbutter and I will snuggle and my tail wags like crazy. I am independent and sometimes put myself in my crate just to chill out. I also have my meals in my kennels. I walk well on a leash but I am mostly an off leash dog and I stay right by your side like a pro. Please email my foster mom so you can meet me. TRANSPORTATION ACROSS THE UNITED STATES IS AVAILABLE. Each dog comes spay/neutered (fixed), up to date on vaccinations and rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice. They are microchipped, heartworm tested and proof of the results of the heartworm test are included with their medical records; also on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative. ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.
