My family and I adopted Sadie about 4 years ago from a family that was moving and could not keep her. She has been a wonderful addition to our family. She's well behaved with children and other dogs. I am having to find her a new home due to some family changes recently. I am not home to give her the love and attention she deserves. I have never had to rehome any animal I've adopted or rescued so this is taking a toll on me. I hope to find her a happy home where she will be loved and part of the family. She does have arthritis and takes a minute to get up and get moving. She still jumps around for her treats and will chase a cat or squirrel when the mood strikes. She was also diagnosed with hypothyroid last year. She is on medication that costs about $12.00 a month and she loves taking it with her favorite treat, cheese or a finger dip of peanut butter. I have many other pictures and videos available if you're interested. My husband and I separated about 2 years ago, my oldest daughter is ready to move out and my youngest starts Kindergarten this year, needless to say we can never anticipate what curves we are thrown in life and I would have never dreamed about rehoming my fur-baby but she deserves attention and snuggling and I feel more guilty for depriving her of that happiness. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you for your time and God Bless.
