None of them made it. They were all very difficult to handle - feral. He has come a long way though and loves us to pieces. Still scared of people but making great strides in the trust department. Overall a very happy boy who loves to wrestle with the other dogs. Temperament- Very sweet, playful, and energetic but still very scared Energy Level- High level energy- Would be a great hiking, biking, or running partner with socialization and training. Dogs/Cats- Loves all the other animals. House trained- Doing great- using a dog door and crate trained. Please keep in mind Ranger was feral and will need a lot of patience, love, and training. This is not your normal, happy, playful puppy - this is a fearful pup who you will need to gain the trust of over time with lots of patience and treats. We are recommending a home with another dog and dog savvy adults or older children that are willing to put some work into him. Once he loves you and bonds with you then he will be awesome but initially he will run, and try to hide. If you would like to foster to adopt just to see if this is a project you think you can handle or if you think you would be perfect for him and want to give a special pup a home please send us an email as we would love to hear from you. Adoption fee $200 includes neuter, age appropriate vaccinations (4 for puppies), deworming, microchip, rabies vacc, collar and tags, training information, and all the support you need.
