About Beau

Beau is simply an old school gentleman. He's a 4 year old Great Dane & weighed in at 115 lbs . He loves to perform tricks for treats and enjoys his outdoor time- playing fetch, walks, or just goofing off. He's 100% potty trained, 100% crate trained & great with other dogs- he does still need watching around smaller pets. Beau came from the rescue situation in Roseville, but it's clear that he once lived a well-loved life. He enjoys snuggling and prefers to be the little spoon under the covers. Working on making sure he doesn't scarf or snatch food, and he has some recovering to do from Lyme disease but overall, this boy is a well behaved dream boat. Beau is currently up for adoption through the PRO-PET-OTIC Foundation. Our adoption fee will include his distemper, rabies, bordetella, parvo, and lepto vaccines; deworming; microchip; heartworm test; & being fixed. Beau is heartworm negative & is currently on heartworm prevention, as well as flea & tick preventative. Beau's blood panel tested positive for Lyme disease. He is currently going through the 30 day treatment for it. He will need another vaccine in 4 months which will be included in his adoption fee. The PRO-PET-OTIC Foundation is a 100% Foster-Based Rescue that is ran by all Volunteers. Which means that we are not a shelter & each animal is in an actual home with a foster family. We kindly ask that you put any questions within the email & our team of Volunteers will get back to you within 3-5 days. The application MUST BE filled out, a Vet Check MUST BE completed by our team, as well as a phone interview before we do a 'Meet N Greet.' When adopting through our rescue, all of the animals in each applicant's home must be UTD on all of their vaccines (DHLPP & Rabies), an UTD Heartworm Test, & currently on both Flea & Tick & Heartworm Prevention. We do call your vet to do a vet check on your animals.
