About Rusty

This handsome guy hails from South Texas. A Jack Russell/ Chi cross he is loads of fun to be with. He was rescued by a Good Samaritan in Rockport, TX on New Years Eve. Instead of taking him to a shelter they took him home and loved on him for several months. What a lucky boy. They couldn't keep him forever so they drove him all the way to Colorado. He arrived in the middle of a winter storm. He was not happy with the weather being a beach bum of sorts. It took him several weeks to acclimate and once he did he found the puppy inside. Only one year old and 14 pounds; he is happy to call Colorado home now that the sun is shining. Rusty loves to play with toys and sleep at your feet. He loves tummy rubs and treats. He gets along with dogs of all sizes and cats too. Rusty is up to date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped.
