Flash is a Chihuahua mixed with Teacup Chihuahua. He is very loving and would love to stay with Tear Off (desperate post). Both were raised together by an elderly grandma and daughter in same house. Both Have since passed away and while caring for them, I vowed to mot let them got to shelter and to find them a good loving home. Both dogs are shy at first, but they warm up quick and need a good forever home. Adoption fee is negotiable, I truly want a good home for both Flash and Tear Off.
