Cesar is our current foster and we do love him. Our cat does not, he is most definitely a terrier through and through. He chases the cat every chance he can. At last vet visit he was 14 pounds. He is a great snuggle bug. Would be a wonderful addition to a retired couple. Walks very nicely on a leash and is awesome at playing fetch in our fenced yard.
