Hi! I'm La Choy. I was surrendered with two other dogs. I am about 1 year old and weigh 9 lbs. I am very sweet, quiet, and would make an excellent lap dog. Unfortunately I was being kept outside and as a result I am heartworm positive. But please please please don't let that deter you from adopting me. The shelter will cover all expenses for my treatment. With proper care I should be just fine. I would be good with other dogs, cats, and respectful children.
