About Duke

**DUKE IS STILL AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION** I apologize to everyone who attempted to contact me about Duke. I had a sudden family emergency that took me away for a while. Duke is a 1 year old neutered male. He is current on all vaccinations and microchipped. Heartworm test negative and has been on monthly heartworm and flea and tick preventatives since in our care. He needs to be the only dog in the home. He doesnt seem to mind cats, but hasnt had much contact with other dogs, so he prefers people! He needs someone willing to work with socializing him with other dogs. Duke is great with older children. He is happiest just lounging around with humans. He needs to be forced to get some exercise, but once he realizes the extra attention hes getting, hes happy to be out running around. We arent sure what Duke is, we were told his mother was a beagle, he is about 50 pounds of straight love! He couldnt be any sweeter or more loyal! We do require a short application, vet reference and adoption fee. Please email for more information. Duke will come with 3 months of heartworm and flea and tick prevention.
