About MOOCHIE

Say hi to MOOCHIE a handsome pup who looks like of mix of catalouha leopard and hound in urgent need of A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME. Just 1 1/2 years old and 62lbs, MOOCHIE came into a small overcrowded kill shelter as a stray. Shelter volunteers describe him as follows; 'He has very striking eyes and a beautiful coat! Mooch is very clever and knows all of his commands, although he chooses the times he likes to show them off. He is very inquisitive, and prefers to perform his commands on his own time. He would benefit from more training to help with leash walking. Also, when MOOCHIE is excited, he can be mouthy so he needs training to help redirect this behavior. He is energetic and would pair beautifully with a jogger and or hiker as he needs daily exercise. We feel he would do best as the only dog in the house as he has very limited canine social skills and is somewhat dominant.'
