About Sunny

Sunny is one of the most loving dogs we've brought into our rescue. She absolutely loves and craves human affection and is the best snuggle buddy. She literally gives you hugs and loves to lay with you on the couch. She has a wonderful temperament and would make a great companion for most homes. Sunny is approx. 70 lbs. and 4 years old. She has definitely been used for breeding in the past. However, she doesn't seem to have a mean bone in her body. Sunny does wonderful with cats and does well with most dogs. She has a dominant nature and takes a little bit of time to warm up to other dogs so she would do best with calm, confident, and perhaps submissive but not pushy pups. Sunny is an all around easy pup. She is completely housebroken and never chews on anything. Sunny has a genetic heart issue and has seen the cardiologist for it. She is on blood pressure medication which are $8 per month, and we were told that she should live to become an old lady which we're overjoyed about.
