About Lexie

Hello! I'm Lexie and the mother of 7 adorable pups - 4 sons and 3 daughters. They are about ready to find their forever homes, so it's time for me to start preparing for my future. I am a sweet, loving and extremely loyal girl. My foster Mom calls me her shadow as I follow her wherever she goes. I'm very protective of those that I love. Since I've had some trust issues in the past with men, I probably need a female roommate or a couple who has the patience and love to help me learn to trust again. I haven't had the opportunity to be around children or cats yet, but I'm open to new experiences as long as I'm supervised. I'm a 2-year-old hound mix and weigh about 50 lbs. The pups kept me quite busy so I'm still working on potty training. I absolutely hate my crate right now because I can't get to my babies and I've been a little anxious about them leaving home. I'll need time to get used to my new digs and family as I'll be figuring out this new chapter without the kiddos, so please be patient with me.
