Read whole post. Meet Fitz. He is three years of age. He is 70 pounds, and purebred. He is good with other dogs.. big or small male or female, but although he is phenomenal with other dogs.. we are looking for a home where he will be the only dog because he does not like sharing his immediate family with other dogs when he is getting one on one and becomes very jealous. He is great with people and great with kids. He is neutered, utd on all vaccines, and chipped. He is house trained, leash trained, and LOVES to play ball. He LOVES LOVES LOVES WATER, he will swim all day if you let him. His family could not care for him properly and worked too much, and were constantly out of town on the weekends so their poor boy spent more time alone and in the yard than with them or in the house and knew he deserved better.. the one thing we are working with him on is his food.. he is very protective of his food bowl when eating.. so once the bowl is down he has to be kept separate from other animals. He is making progress and I know he can overcome this, he just needs consistency and patience and love.. if you think you can give our boy the home he deserves email us today. His rehome fee is $900. It covers all his vetting (as we took care of a few medical costs the owner endured) and prior vet costs (vaccines have been brought current, and he has been chipped) it also covers grooming costs and flea/tick treatment (sadly because he spent most his time outside he became infested with fleas and ticks.. so he had to be completely groomed and treated since coming to us) and it also covers his overall care and training... email us today and tell us about yourself and the home you would be providing along with your sheepdog experience.
