Urgent, urgent request- Senior peke in north Florida needing to find his forever home or foster home as soon as possible. Say hello to this adorable guy, Scratchy. He is a sweet, yet sometimes particular sort of fellow. His eyesight is not perfect (he is not totally blind), so a quiet home with a very understanding owner would be ideal. He loves to get his back scratched and enjoys being out in the fresh air. He is on anti-inflammatory medication for suspected arthritis, is up to date on his vaccinations, and is neutered. He does have a history of snapping and biting, so he needs an experienced foster/owner.
