Everything is coming up Rosy! Once neglected by being kept outdoors on a chain, Rosy is now living the life! Rosy is the perfect little gal. So says her foster mom! This 2 year old, 13 pound chihuahua loves other dogs and people of all ages! She is housebroken, and crate trained (although sleeping under the covers has become a special treat for this gal). ROSY is spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on age appropriate core vaccines. Adoption fee is $350. As with all rescue animals, breed determination cannot be validated without genetic testing.
